Brandon represents private and public companies in a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in structuring and organizing business entities and negotiating and documenting asset and stock sales and acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, consulting agreements, subcontractor agreements, licensing agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements, secured loan transactions, and commercial real estate leases, purchases and sales. Brandon also counsels clients on corporate governance, employment matters, licensing, business contracts, and day-to-day operations issues. In addition, he provides legal audits to businesses to help them identify and resolve legal risks before those risks turn into costly and time-consuming legal problems.
Prior to founding Grady Pilgrim, Brandon was a partner in the business law group of Arnstein & Lehr LLP in Chicago.
